GVAL Volunteers at Higley School District Art Festival The Higley School District Art Festival at Williams Field High School was a big success on May 1st! Thank you GVAL volunteers Sharon Hess, Peter Eobbi, Jean Smith and Richard Van Belleghem for hosting fun art activities for children and adults.
